Refund policy
At The Pitch Queens, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our women‘s football apparel. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions.
Conditions for Returns:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Customized jerseys (featuring any names, numbers, or custom prints) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

For non-customized items, if the return conditions are not met, we may issue a partial refund or decline the return.
How to Initiate a Return:

Contact our Customer Support team at footballjerseyhub@hotmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Securely pack the item(s) with all original contents and include a copy of your order confirmation or the RA number inside the package.

Ship the return to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Processing Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection.
